My work as a therapist has taken me through residential treatment, community mental health, and private practice. Along the way, I found my passion in helping teens and adults who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in survival mode, or unsure of who they are beneath the pressure of life.
I specialize in eating disorders, disordered eating, ADHD, emotional overwhelm, body image concerns, and life transitions. Many of the people I work with appear high-functioning on the outside while internally feeling exhausted, anxious, or disconnected from themselves.
I believe therapy begins with safety, trust, and feeling genuinely understood. Together, we’ll explore the patterns, emotions, and survival strategies that have shaped your experience so you can reconnect with yourself with more clarity, compassion, and self-trust.
My approach blends evidence-based therapy with a relational, mind-body perspective, recognizing the connection between emotions, the nervous system, identity, and behavior. For neurodivergent clients, I focus on creating support that works with your brain rather than against it.
Therapy with me is collaborative, honest, and compassionate. We’ll make sense of the overwhelm and create a way forward that feels more grounded, sustainable, and true to you.
Healing isn’t about perfection. It’s about coming home to yourself with more understanding, compassion, and trust.
