Sometimes the struggle is not just about food.
Or focus.
Or motivation.

My work takes a whole-person approach that recognizes how ADHD, emotional overwhelm, eating patterns, body image, nervous system regulation, self-worth, and hormonal or menstrual cycle changes often influence one another.

Together, we'll explore the patterns underneath the struggle and create a way forward that feels more sustainable, connected, and true to you.

Anxiety, Perfectionism & Survival Mode

For individuals feeling overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, emotionally exhausted, constantly overthinking, people pleasing, or struggling to feel at home within themselves.

The Process

  • Surviving

    “Everything feels loud.”

You may feel overwhelmed, disconnected from yourself, or exhausted from trying to hold everything together. This phase focuses on creating safety, stability, and understanding, helping your body and nervous system begin to settle while we build consistency, support, and trust.

  • Understanding

    “Oh… this is connected.”

Together, we start making sense of the patterns underneath the struggle. We explore how emotions, ADHD, nervous system sensitivity, perfectionism, relationships, hormones, and disordered eating often intertwine. This phase is about insight, awareness, and releasing shame.

  • Relearning

    “I’m responding differently now.”

Healing isn’t about becoming perfect, it’s about learning new ways to care for yourself. Here, we focus on emotional regulation, flexibility, self-trust, boundaries, and body attunement, building sustainable patterns that support your real life.

  • Reconnecting

    “I feel more like myself.”

Over time, you may notice that shame, survival patterns, and food or body thoughts have less control. Therapy becomes less about getting through the day and more about reconnecting with yourself, your relationships, and the life you want to create.
