A light blue background with green text that reads: 'Together, we'll make sense of the noise, explore what's underneath the overwhelm and survival patterns, and reconnect with your mind and body in a way that feels more grounded and true to you. Healing isn’t about perfection, it’s about coming home to yourself.'

Healing is less about “fixing” yourself and more about understanding why your mind and body adapted the way they did. From there, change becomes less about shame and more about awareness, compassion, and learning new ways to care for yourself.

I work with teens, college students, and young adults who are:

  • Navigating disordered eating and body image struggles when recovery feels harder in real life than it did in treatment, or when disordered eating patterns are beginning to interfere with daily life.

  • Living with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, learning to work with their brain instead of fighting it.

  • Feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, or emotional intensity that makes everyday life feel unpredictable.

  • Moving through big transitions like college, identity shifts, or relationship changes, trying to find stability and self-trust again.

I’m currently completing advanced certifications in eating disorder and ADHD treatment (CEDS and ADHD-CCSP).
